No Returns on used candles
- Product Usage and Safety:
- Customers are responsible for using candles safely, following proper burning instructions, and keeping candles away from flammable materials.
- MidnightEssence LLC is not liable for damages caused by improper candle use.
- "By purchasing a candle from Midnight Essence, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our terms and conditions, and agree to use our candles responsibly, following all safety guidelines."
Return and Refund Policy
At Midnight Essence, we strive to ensure you love your purchase. If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, were here to help you!
Returns:
- Our Company offers a 30 Day return window on all new, unused, products from the date of delivery
- To be eligible for a return, your items must be in the same condition as you received it, unused and unlit.
- We also would need original proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
To return an item simply email us at MIDNIGHTESSENCELLC@gmail.com and we will work with you directly to get it resolved.
Refunds:
- Once we receive your returned item and inspect its conditions we will initiate your return.
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days
- Return Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrives damaged.
